Super awesome employees! Rory and Scott are a awesome duo! Every time I’ve come here I’ve had anmazing service each time. Those two definitely stood out! Also they can serve hot and or iced tea of your choice here!! Lots of stuff to choose from!! Annnnd on top of that when you buy some tea you get a random sample!! The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable!!

Whoever was working Saturday, May 30th is definitely not cut out for customer service. My partner went in to look at teas and accessories and was met with a passive aggression from the associate when he was asking questions. He had questions about some of their jars and how long they kept coffee/tea shelf stable for, and he was told, “I don’t know man, it’s a jar, you can put anything in it…” and then when he clarified that he wanted to know whether or not it was vacuum sealed, the associate said, “I don’t know… I could read the box to you, or you could do it yourself.” Maybe the associate was trying to be funny but if your entire position is built around customer service, you should probably go into each shift knowing that you’re going to have to answer customers’ questions. There are plenty of other people looking for jobs who would be better at this position than whoever that guy was.

Friendly staff, great selection, and good pricing for specialty teas. What's not to love!?! I'm more of a coffee drinker, but this place is well worth your time and money if you love tea. So many options and different types of flavors to choose from.

First time at this store and they have a deal- buy 4 bags get the 5th bag free. I was able to try 3 samples today and it helped in making my decisions in which ones to buy. The sales lady was helpful when I had questions.

This is an awesome shop. The front was under construction so I couldn’t show the entrance but it was still easily accessible. The selection and variety was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you like looseleaf and/or bagged tea. I will be shopping here again in the near future.
